For this reason we have changed our Seller policy and Cancellation SLA to support on the impact of your operations. The changes below will be effective for <strong><span style="color:#0000CD">all orders from 15 December onwards</span></strong> until further notice:</span></p>

(2) Cancellation SLA will be <strong><span style="color:#ff3399">extended by 3 workings days:</span></strong></div>
