This addition is meant to add more details only, and will not affect anything from an operational point of view.&nbsp;<br>

"Any claim of Seller under the Agreement <strong><span style="color:#FD3DA5">(other than claim pertaining to Sales Proceeds Payment as stipulated in Clause 3(H))</span></strong> will be made by in compliance with the claims/dispute process/policy of Lazada, which may be changed from time to time. Notwithstanding <strong><span style="color:#FD3DA5">this</span></strong>, any such claim must be notified to Lazada within ninety (90) days from the Order, failing which, Seller waives the right to make such claim."<br>
