Annex 4:&nbsp;</span></strong>"Fulfillment", <strong><span style="color:#422BB7">Clause 5 - </span></strong>"Fulfillment by Lazada";<br>

<strong><span style="color:#422BB7">The summary of the update are as below:</span></strong><br>
<br>
a. Lazada reserves the right to impose storage fees for aging FBL Goods when our new rate card is introduced.<br>
b. Lazada will notify Seller of the storage fees at least a month before implementing such fees.<br>
c. Seller shall be required to collect the black stocks within 7 working days from the date of written notice by Lazada ("black stock collection period").<br>
d. The black stocks shall be deemed abandoned and their ownership shall transfer to Lazada if Seller yet again fails to collect them within 30 calendar days from the expiry of the black stock collection period.<br>
e. Once the ownership of black stock transfers to Lazada, Lazada can dispose them however it sees fit.<br>
f. Lazada reserves the right to dispose FBL Goods that are damaged.</span></span></div>
