 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">Ship On Time SLA measures a Seller's ability to fulfill orders on time (i.e. how timely orders are handed over to the Logistics Provider). </span></span></li>

If an order or package has not been handed over before the timer ends (i.e. breaches the Ship On Time SLA), the timer will be replaced with a warning "<strong>SLA Breached!</strong>". </span></span></li>
 <li><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14px">By default, this timer will <strong>prioritize orders</strong> from the most urgent to the least urgent. It is a mechanism that splits your order into smaller multiple packages automatically, if required.<br>

This feature replaces the existing Weight Check feature on Seller Center, where an error message pops up prompting you to split your orders manually using Item Level Processing.&nbsp;<br>

<strong><span style="color:#422BB7">How Does It Work?</span></strong><br>
An order will be split into multiple packages if:</span></span></font>

 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">An order consists of multiple items,</span></span></li>
 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">The combined weight of the items exceeds 20kg, or</span></span></li>
 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">The combined size of the items exceeds 70cm on any side</span></span></li>

 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">Please pack your orders according to the multiple separated packages shown.&nbsp;</span></span></li>
 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">DO NOT attempt to combine the order into a single parcel with a single tracking number, as this will result in inaccurate order status updates and typically leads to cancellation. &nbsp;</span></span></li>
 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">DO NOT place multiple shipping labels on a single package, as this package will be rejected by our Logistic Providers.</span></span></li>

 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">Yes, at the moment you will see a higher shipping fee charge compared to what is paid by customers.</span></span></li>
 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">Until we are able to charge Customers more accurate shipping fees, Lazada will proactively reimburse Sellers for this cost difference. &nbsp;Proactive reimbursement will be done a month after the parcel is delivered i.e, parcels delivered in August to be reimbursed in September.</span></span></li>
 <li><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica neue,helvetica,sans-serif">You are encouraged to raise a dispute to PSC to ensure all your impacted orders are accounted for reimbursement.</span></span></li>
